Service Delivery: Some of our services, such as ARISE Ski, Project Explore, Parent’s Night Out, Friends Connection, Summer Recreation need supplies and equipment like basketballs, board games, playing cards, art supplies, or sensory items for youth to use during activities. Your donations help us meet a wide range of interests and keep people fully engaged throughout the activity.

Ongoing Events: ARISE-EFR hosts over 20 group events each year, including our popular Annual Picnic, Open Farm Days, UNIQUE Art and Literary Magazine and more. Your donation keeps the good times going by helping with the cost of facility rentals, tables and chairs, food, and entertainment for the people we serve and their staff. In 2025, we again have a goal of hosting at least 20 group events and need your support to make it happen!

Overall Agency: Your support helps ARISE-EFR weather the storms, viruses, and funding cuts that threaten the services the agency provides. The general agency fund is a backup in times of duress and can help keep operations going when we need them the most.

Whether your business is large or small, there are many ways to get involved and show your support!

  • Become a sponsor. Sponsorships are a great way to share your voice as an agent of change and receive recognition. Companies can sponsor a video production of one of our programs, that will be featured on our website and social media platforms. They will be recognized throughout the video by having their logo on display along with a segment shown. In addition, each company will be provided with a copy of the video for their use.
  • UNIQUE Art & Literary Magazine is an annual publication that shares the talents of people with disabilities across Central New York. Sponsorship celebrates the creative spirit and raises awareness about disabilities by supporting the traveling community exhibitions and printing of the free publication.
